PT Bank Syariah BCA

PT Bank Syariah BCA initiated from a commercial bank named PT Major International Bank (PT Bank UIB) based in Jakarta. In 2009, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk acquired PT Bank UIB which then performs the conversion process to business activities of Islamic banks, with the name of PT Bank Syariah BCA. Of the conversion process, on April 5, 2010, PT Bank Syariah BCA officially opened.

Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for making the Offering Letter and Letter of Agreement / Contract Agreement
  • Check and complete the administration of new employee
  • Monitor the expiration of the probation contract or permanent employees, so that changes in employee status can run on time.
  • Ensure payment of benefits and rights of other employees performing well.
  • Responsible for employees' social security registration of employees.
  • Doing chatterer's administrative data completeness and eligibility of employees to apply for a loan
  • Preparation of amortization payments report employees' health insurance
  • Preparation of data report new hires and employees who resign
  • Pengecekkan perform administrative and completeness of documents must be returned to the company before resigning employees.


Requirements:

  • Education minimum D3
  • Work Experience: As an administrative staff of at least 1 year (Preferred who have experience as a staff HRD)

LEGAL SUPERVISOR (LOW)

Requirements
  • Male, max. 32 years old.
  • Bachelor/Master Degree majoring in Law, from reputable university.
  • Minimum 3 year experiences as Legal Officer
  • Experienced in Litigation and non litigation matter
  • Having good Knowledge Corporate Law/ Agribusiness
  • Able to work independently in fast-paced changing environment
  • Have experience working with government institution
  • Willing to travel intensively.


FINANCE & ACCOUNTING (FASW)

Requirements
  • Male/Female, max. 32 years old.
  • S1/S2 degree in Accounting from reputable university.
  • Have an experience min. 2 years as Accounting in F & B Industry.
  •  Have a certification of Brevet A/B.
  • Have knowledge and Skill in Cost Accounting, Finance, Tax Regulation, SOP.
  • Familiar with ACCPAC application Program.



IT-BUSINESS SYSTEM SUPPORT ANALYST (ITBSS)
  • BOSNET implementing consolidation across the Point Depot and the SNS.
  • Implement applications in all PS PS SNS targeted.
  • MODIS implementation in all Depo SNS.


Requirements
  • MALE, max. 28 years.
  • D3/S1 of Information Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Management.
  • 1 year experience as IT Staff.
  • Familiar with MS operating systems. MS Windows and applications. Excel.
  • Understand the concept of databases, preferably MS SQL master / Ms. Access
  • Willing to do the Office of Foreign Cities
