Business Advisor - Jawa Timur

Responsibilities:
To be responsible for all Holcim modern channel sales activities through maintaining effective partnerships and relationships with a network of distributors and Franchise Retailers. Incumbents are also responsible to provide assistance in growing and cultivating market opportunity for multi-construction material products as well as housing solution services for each area in order to increase profit, maintain market control and meet Holcim Indonesia’s strategic objectives

Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor degree from sales, marketing, civil engineer or management discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales, preferred to have exposures in retail/ consumer goods and/or construction business/ industry
  • Computer Literacy : Excel, Ms Word
  • Good command of written & spoken English
  • Good skill in communication and in influencing others
  • Good analytical thinking, problem solving skill, initiative-taking skill
  • Able to give advise or recommendation based on achievement / market review
  • Good negotiation and presentation skill
  • Able to translate marketing strategy into implementation in the field
  • Able to gather and synthesize information from data provided by sales force from the market
  • Able to lead and deal with others
  • Knowledge in channel and distribution
