- Maintain stock, supplies and inventories (Order groceries and supplies, Check received stock against invoices, Mark prices on stock, Restock shelves)
- Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank on a daily basic.
- Ensuring standards of quality, customer service and health and safety are met
- Organising special promotions and displays in conjunction with the Philips Store Management monitoring sales in order to increase the commercial performance of the shop
- Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
- Entrusted with bookkeeping and purchasing responsibilities.
- Responsible for organizing the merchandise on store shelves, reviewing the inventory to make sure everything is in stock, and establishing the sales target
- Maintain customer services and facilities (Greet customers and provide assistance, Maintain cleanliness and order in the store)
- Communicate, execute, and manage marketing and merchandising programs.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.
