Responsibilities:

Involve in all working activities that related with their function. Some open vacancies as follows:

1. Marketing Management
Plan and manage company business marketing, formulate and execute the sales policy, expand and maintain business channels, manage, train and evaluate the sales team, and fulfill the channel business plan

2. Insurance Underwriting
Formulate and carry out the underwriting policy and management policy for different insurances of the company, examine and approve the underwriting of cases within authority, implement business risk monitoring and management, and assist the sales management department to realize the operating target of the company

3. Claim Settlement
Formulate and carry out claim settlement policy and management procedure for different insurance of the company, examine and approve claim settlement cases within authority, increase the working quality of claim settlement, and strengthen the customer service quality management.

4. Product Actuary
Analyze the company’s business operation, make premium profit plan, analyze product management and actuary, and support the company’s business development

5. Reinsurance
Formulate and execute the reinsurance policy in line with the company’s development strategy, expand and maintain the reinsurance channel, and reasonably decentralize the company’s risks

6. Asset Management
Formulate and implement asset portfolio plans and investment plans within the scope and scale specified by the company, control risks, and ensure the value retention and appreciation of the company assets.

7. Risk Management and Compliance
Establish the internal control, compliance and risk management system in line with the company’s risk preference, handle the internal control and compliance check, risk assessment, compliance training and other work of the company, promote the operating security of the company, and effectively prevent risks

Requirements:
  • Above 30 years old
  • Minimum 7 years experiences in foreign banks
  • Possess good report writing and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English both oral and written (candidates with the excellent Chinese language will be priority)
  • Computer literate
  • Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative assistance in various aspects of Human Resources programmes as well as its supporting activities. These areas should include, but not limited to, recruitment, learning and development, performance evaluation, formalities, internal communication and HR regular events.


Requirements:
  • Holds Bachelor Degree in social sciences, preferably from reputable university.
