Retail Store Supervisor
Jakarta Raya, Bandung (Jawa Barat), Semarang (Jawa Tengah), Surabaya (Jawa Timur), Medan (Sumatera Utara)

  • Maintain stock, supplies and inventories (Order groceries and supplies, Check received stock against invoices, Mark prices on stock, Restock shelves)
  • Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank on a daily basic.
  • Ensuring standards of quality, customer service and health and safety are met
  • Organising special promotions and displays in conjunction with the Philips Store Management monitoring sales in order to increase the commercial performance of the shop
  • Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
  • Entrusted with bookkeeping and purchasing responsibilities.
  • Responsible for organizing the merchandise on store shelves, reviewing the inventory to make sure everything is in stock, and establishing the sales target
  • Maintain customer services and facilities (Greet customers and provide assistance, Maintain cleanliness and order in the store)
  • Communicate, execute, and manage marketing and merchandising programs.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.
  • 1 Full-Time positions available.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Good merchandising skills and a flair for conceiving and implementing creative merchandising themes.
  • Strong operations experience in receiving, stock and inventory as well as front-end management and office management.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, motivational, communication and organizational skills.
  • Sales-oriented personality.
  • Stability in employment history
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job at hand done.
