Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the availability of appropriate solutions to customer related Reservation Passenger, Cargo, Passenger Ticketing, GFF service, and refund ticket
• Ensure the implementation of the operational activities of City Service Check-in, Cargo
• Ensuring the right solution for handling customer related Lost / Damage Baggage and Claim Complain, Complain Passenger and Cargo / complement
• Ensure the sale article Garuda Shop
• Ensuring demand and sales of tour packages available can be sold
• Ensure the information provided in accordance with customer requirements

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Citizen of Indonesia
• Age max. 25 years
• Education graduates min. D3 all departments of the universities / educational institutions leading
• GPA min. 2.75 (4:00 scale)
• look attractive
• Min height for women. 160cm, and the male min. 165cm, with a weight proportional
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Mastering English (active oral and written)
• Mastering the use of computers and information system applications (min. Ms Office and internet)
• Willing to be placed at Garuda Indonesia Sales Office in Greater Jakarta area and work with the shift system
