OFFICER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (ODP)

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Men and Women
• Maximum of 25 years of age S1 and S2 maximum 27 years (on 30 November 2011)
• S1 minimum GPA: Minimum GPA of 2.75 or S2: 3.25 (4.00 scale)
• Bachelor of Education minimum S1 / S2 from the Department of Economics (Management, Accounting and Economics), Law (Civil and Criminal), Computer Science / Information Management / Information Technology, Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Architectural, Industrial, Agricultural), Psychology, Mathematics and Natural Sciences (Mathematics, Statistics), Business Administration
• Men Height minimum 165cm, Women 155cm minimum
• Physically healthy and weight proportional
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written
• Computer literate, at least MS Office.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Not married and not willing to get married for 1 year
• Willing to undergo a bond for 3 years
• Willing to be placed around the working unit of Bank Capital
• Applied following the selection
• Not related to her blood relatives up to the degree of unity, both vertically and horizontally with employees of Bank DKI.
